Hymera candles are composed of the highest quality raw materials. 100% Natural wax is hand-poured into each hand-blown glass candle making each candle unique.
All of our products are produced by specialized craftsmen across Europe.
Our approximate burning times are depending for each of the Hymera candle sizes. The go from 30 hours (N.9) to 170 hours (N.25). It is important to note that burning times may differ according to model and that they should be used as a guideline only.
When you light your Hymera candle, it is important to allow it to burn until the whole surface of the candle wax has melted before blowing it out. This will prevent any craters from forming and will maintain a smooth wax surface which will ensure your candle burns evenly and lasts longer.
We recommend that you blow out your candle an hour after the surface has liquefied. This will extend the life of your candle as liquid wax evaporates quickly. It is important to follow the candles safety regulations. Make sure never to leave your candle unattended and not to expose it to any sources of heat or wind.
It is dangerous to light your candle without sufficient wax, therefore; we recommend to never burn your candle when it has one centimeter or wax left.
We recommend caring for your candle to make sure it still looks as good as when you first brought it. After burning, we recommend trimming the candle wicks to 0.6cm to avoid the build up of soot.
You can wipe clean the interior surface of your candle with a soft cloth and an alcohol-free cleaner.

We are committed to having your order delivered to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible or on the time and date selected by you.* Depending on your order’s destination, delivery can take between 3 to 8 business days.

We will send you an email confirming your order; once it has been processed; when it is ready for shipment; and, once it has left our warehouse.

If you would like to have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, you have the option to fill in a different delivery address during checkout.

Hymera products make great gifts for your loved ones or even as a treat for yourself. For that extra special touch, you can select an option to have your order gift wrapped during checkout.
The shipping cost and time of delivery depend on your order’s destination. It will be calculated before payment and will be specified in the order details.
At Hymera, we always hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you are unsatisfied with your product, it is possible to return or exchange it within 30 days.
We are able to process your returns and exchanges only when the product has not been used and is returned to us in good condition and in its original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear or other damage inflicted by the customer.

After submitting the form our customer services team will register your return. You will receive an e-mail within 5 working days. This e-mail contains the return address and a unique ticket number to return your order.
